Stir-fried Potato Shreds with Carrots

Shred potatoes and soak in clean water for 5 minutes. Soaking potato shreds in water can expel the starch, so that the taste will be more refreshing. It seems that removing the starch will help lose weight?

Shred the carrots and dice the shallots. You can probably see how many carrots I used in the picture.

Rinse the soaked potato shreds with cold water again. The remaining parts of the potatoes should also be washed away.
