Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Shredded Pork

The pork, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms are shredded. The pork is marinated with a little light soy sauce, sugar and wine.

Soak the rice noodles slightly, boil boiling water, add oil and salt, and boil the rice noodles and mushrooms for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the brand of rice noodles.

Add oil to a hot wok, sauté the ginger fragrant, and stir-fry the shredded pork until the color changes.

Put the cabbage, mushrooms and carrots in a wok and fry until soft.

Add seasonings and rice noodles and stir well until cooked.
