Stir-fried Shredded Carrots

Peel and shred carrots, and cut shallots into sections.

Put the oil in a wok and heat up the shallots and stir fragrant.
3.
Add the carrot shreds and stir fry.
4.
Stir the carrot shreds until softened, add the light soy sauce, vinegar, and salt, then turn off the heat.
