Stir-fried Shredded Pork
1.
Soak the sauerkraut in cold water for about 10 minutes, wash it, slice it into thin strips, throw it in cold water, and remove the water. Wash the pork and shred it (sauerkraut with oil, stir-fried with pork belly will be more fragrant, I made this for children, I used lean pork), peeled green onion and ginger, washed and chopped
2.
Wash green onion and ginger and chop finely
3.
Add the shredded pork with cooking wine, soy sauce, a little starch, and marinate for about 10 minutes. The marinated shredded pork will be more tender after frying.
4.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the onion, ginger, and five-spice powder, slide in the shredded pork and stir fry (the fried shredded pork can be taken out of the pan for later use, or you can add sauerkraut and stir-fry without it)
5.
Add the sauerkraut and stir fry (if the shredded pork comes out of the pan, you need to use another oil pan, sauté the scallions and ginger, stir fry the sauerkraut, then add the shredded pork and stir well)
6.
Stir-fry evenly, add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
7.
Served on the plate, very delicious home-style stir-fry, home-cooked dishes that are always not enough to eat
Tips:
1. Sauerkraut likes oil. Stir-fried with pork belly or large oil will make it more fragrant and fragrant but not greasy.
2. The pork will be more tender after being marinated and fried.
3. If you like spicy taste, you can add some chili oil for more meal.
