Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Celery and Bean Skin

1. Shred pork and tofu skin.

2. Celery, bell pepper, ginger shredded, green onions cut diagonally.

3. Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch, and a little peanut oil to the shredded pork and marinate for 5 minutes.

4. Boil the shredded tofu in a pot of boiling water and remove it to control the moisture.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork shreds and stir fry until the color changes, then take it out and set aside.

6. Add a little peanut oil to the pot and stir fry with celery over high heat.

7. Add colored peppers and stir fry.
