Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Green Pepper

Remove the seeds and shred the green pepper.

Shred pork loin, add starch, dark soy sauce, salt and thirteen spices and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour the shredded pork and stir fry quickly.

The shredded pork is taken out of the pan for later use.

Add a little oil to the pot, add green onions and ginger and stir-fry for a while. Add green chilies and stir-fry quickly.
6.
Pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry evenly out of the pan.

Platter.
