Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Kidney Beans

Wash and shred kidney beans, and shred meat. Boil the shredded kidney beans in boiling water, and mix the shredded pork with cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch. Shred green onion, ginger garlic and rice.

Pour the oil into the pan, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry, then add the shredded kidney beans. After stirring for a while, add some soy sauce, water, salt and monosodium glutamate. When it dries quickly, pour it in Garlic cloves.

After stir-frying evenly, take out the pan and serve.
