Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Leek and Egg Skin

Prepared materials.

Wash and shred pork, add salt, cornstarch, pepper and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate.

Beat the eggs, spread them into a pan into round cakes, shred them and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded pork.
5.
Add the leeks, stir fry, and add salt.
6.
Add the egg peel and stir fry a few times.

Serve out of the pot.
Tips:
1) Leeks are hot in nature, and should not be eaten if there is yin deficiency and internal heat, eye diseases, sores, swelling and poison.
2) Cooked leeks cannot be eaten overnight.
