This stir-fry is a mixture of many dishes and shredded pork. Bright color and rich taste. All the young and old at home like it very much, and it is very practical to solve the leftover vegetables at home.

Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Mixed Vegetables

1. Prepare raw materials: pork, pleurotus eryngii, celery, sweet pepper, green pepper, Chinese pepper.

2. Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

3. Wash the Erjingtiao diagonally, wash and dice the sweet pepper.

4. Wash and slice celery.
