Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Rice White

Wash the lean pork and cut into shreds, add cooking wine and starch, and marinate for 10 minutes

Prepare green and red pepper shreds

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

Wash the bamboo shoots and cut into shreds, put them in a pot of boiling water and cook until they are 8 minutes cooked, remove and drain for later use

Raise the pan and heat the oil to 60% heat, pour in the marinated lean meat, fry until it changes color, remove the oil and set aside

Tips:
After adding starch and cooking wine to the lean meat, mix well and marinate for at least 10 minutes, so that the lean meat out of the pan is tender, smooth and refreshing.
