Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes with Tofu

Start the pan, add the green onion and ginger, stir fry until fragrant, add the shredded pork and stir fry.

Add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add half a bowl of water.

Put the tofu bubble.

Put potato shreds and stir fry.
