Stir-fried Shrimp with Broccoli

Ingredients: Broccoli, fresh prawns and broccoli, remove the stems, break into small pieces, simmer in hot water, run in cold water, and set aside. Cut the ginger finely and set aside. Superheat the prawns and peel them into prawns for later use.

Heat oil in a wok and add ginger until fragrant.
