Stir-fried Snow Peas with Ham

200 grams snow peas, picked and washed.

200 grams snow peas, 1 section of ham, 1 carrot, and appropriate amount of shallots.

Slice the ham and carrots and chopped green onion.
4.
Heat in a pan and add some oil to sauté the scallions and carrots.
5.
Stir fry with snow peas.
6.
Cover and simmer for about 1 minute. Snow peas must be fully cooked. (Unfamiliar and easy to be severely poisoned)
7.
Add ham, salt, five-spice powder and stir fry evenly.
8.
Stir-fried snow peas with delicious ham.
