Stir-fried Squid with Scallions

Prepare ingredients.

The squid must follow its texture and cut into strips with a knife.
3.
Take a mouthful of the boiling pot and pour clean water.

Add salt, ginger slices and cooking wine to a boil.
5.
Remove the platter.

Shred the double pepper and shred the onion.
7.
Raise the pot and burn the oil.
8.
Saute the chopped green onion and ginger, put in the twisted and round green onion shreds.

Use another pot to make oil.

The squid must be stir-fried a few times, then add eight mature double peppers and shredded spring onions, stir-fry and serve.
