Stir-fried String Beans with Minced Meat

Chop lean meat into minced meat, then add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and starch to mix well

Wash the kidney beans, then cut off both ends

Break the kidney beans into growing segments

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the fragrant garlic

Pour the minced meat and stir fry to turn white

Sprinkle some light soy sauce on it and set aside

Pour some oil in the pan and pour the kidney beans into frying

Slowly stir fry until the green beans are dry and zoom

Add chopped dried chili segments

Add the right amount of salt

Tips:
Mine is less oily, as long as you use frying green beans, if you are not afraid of greasy, you can fry the green beans in oil and then fry
