Stir-fried Tenderloin

Prepare the pork loin, clean it, slice it horizontally, add two spoons of starch, two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of cooking wine

Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Shred green peppers, green onions, carrots, and ginger. You can control the amount according to your own taste.
