Stir-fried Tenderloin with Mango and Green Pepper

1. Cut the tenderloin into long strips, add wine, pepper and soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Cut mango and green pepper into strips, and shred green onions.

3. Put the mango sauce, soy sauce and water into a bowl to make a sauce for later use.

4. Put the oil in the wok to heat up, add the meat and stir-fry it to change its color and set aside.

5. Put the oil in the wok to heat up, then put the green onions and stir fry to change the color.

6. Add vegetable pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.

7. Add the tenderloin and stir well.

8. Add the prepared sauce and stir fry.

9. Add the mango, stir fry for half a minute, add salt and pepper to taste.

Tips:

Don't stir-fry for too long after adding the mangoes to keep the mango crispy.
