Stir-fried garlic moss with dried bean curd and a bit of chicken breast. A bit of meat will increase the freshness and fragrance and increase protein. Adding dried tofu is good for calcium supplement, it is very simple and delicious. It's what my son likes.

Stir-fried Tofu with Chicken and Garlic Moss

1. Cut green onions into strips, dice green onions, and shred ginger.
