Stir-fried Tofu with Green Pepper Razor Clams

Ingredients: green pepper, razor clams (washed), old tofu, ginger slices

Cut the green peppers, remove the stalks, remove the seeds, and wash.

Cut into pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the cleaned razor clams in a pot of clean water, put ginger slices, and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Blanch it to the opening and remove it.
