Stir-fried Tripe with Dried Tofu

1. Shred the cooked tripe and blanch for 2 minutes to dry.

2. Shred the shallots, coriander, red pepper, dried tofu. Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Put oil in a large spoon and sauté the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic. Then add dried tofu and stir fry.

4. Add tripe, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, a little salt, stir fry quickly over high heat, add a little water, and finally add coriander, red pepper, shredded green onions, and a little chicken powder.
