Stir-fried Vegetables with Chicken Hearts

1. Ingredients: green vegetables, chicken hearts (washed), ginger slices

2. Wash the vegetables.

3. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Boil the ginger slices in a pot of water.

5. Then, add the chicken heart and add the right amount of cooking wine.

6. Blanch and fish out.
