Stir-fried Vegetables with Chicken Hearts

Ingredients: green vegetables, chicken hearts (washed), ginger slices

Wash the vegetables.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Boil the ginger slices in a pot of water.

Then, add the chicken heart and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Blanch and fish out.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the cut vegetables and stir fry until they are broken.

Then, add the blanched chicken hearts and stir fry.
