Stir-fried food is to combine 3 to 5 kinds of ingredients and fry them together. There are two main points for stir-frying mixed vegetables. Stir Fry

1. Main ingredients: mung bean sprouts, dried tofu, leeks

2. Pick and wash the leeks, cut into inch sections

3. Cut dried tofu into strips

4. Wash and drain the mung bean sprouts

5. Chopped green onions

6. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

7. Turn on the heat, add mung bean sprouts and stir fry

10. Continue to stir fry, add salt and MSG to taste

Tips:

1. Mung bean sprouts must be fried before they can be cooked.
2. The leeks must be put later to ensure that the finished dishes are delicious.
3. You can also put a few peppers in the pot.
