Straw Mushroom and Vegetables

Prepare ingredients. Pick and wash vegetables, slice straw mushrooms, shred green onions and green garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the chives and green garlic.
3.
Add straw mushrooms and stir fry to create a fragrance.
4.
Add the greens and stir fry evenly.
5.
Season with salt and light soy sauce and remove from the pot.
