In order to make supplementary food for the baby, the family stocked a lot of bebe pumpkins. Just making supplementary food, it feels a bit slow to consume. I just wanted to give it a try to see if the fried rice would be delicious, but I didn't expect it to be really good. Pumpkin is actually a good ingredient. Streaky Pork and Pumpkin Fried Rice

1. Mushroom Soaking

2. Wash and slice pork belly

3. Bebe Pumpkin Cut into Small Pieces

4. Stir-fry pork belly in a hot pan with cold oil until the color changes

5. Pour the shiitake mushrooms and diced pumpkin and stir fry

6. Add the water soaked with shiitake mushrooms and simmer the pumpkin until cooked

7. Pour in rice and stir fry

9. Stir evenly at the end

Tips:

1. Pumpkins are more suitable for pumpkins. This pumpkin is more noodles and has less water;
2. Pumpkin does not need to be peeled, just wash it well;
