Street Food Moving Home: Delicious Potato Chips with A Unique Flavor

Prepare 2 potatoes peeled and set aside.

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices.

Soak the sliced potato chips in clean water for a while to wash off the starch on the surface and remove the starch. Remove and drain the water.

Add two spoons of cumin powder.
