For children who don’t like tofu, mothers can do so, and it’s so delicious one bite at a time!

Stuffed Pork with Tofu

1. The pork and oiled tofu are ready. You can deep-fry or buy ready-made oiled tofu. It is less practical and it is easier to buy.

2. Mince pork, add scallion ginger, salt, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, just like the usual dumpling stuffing.

3. Use chopsticks to stir the minced meat to taste. You don't need to use too much pork here.

4. Cut a hole on one side of the oily tofu, and then take out the tofu heart inside. The mouth should be larger to fit the meat.

5. Use chopsticks to stuff the prepared minced meat into the tofu bubble, as shown in the picture above.

6. Put the oiled tofu stuffed with meat in the pot, steam for about 20 minutes after the water boils, and steam the meat until it is cooked. The steaming method is healthy and retains the original flavor of the ingredients. It is very good.

7. Put a small amount of water in the pot, pour the light soy sauce and salt to boil, then add the water starch to thicken the soup to make the juice.

8. Pour the mixed glutinous juice on the steamed oily tofu meat, sprinkle with coriander or chopped chives to garnish, and it is ready to eat.

9. Too fragrant
