Add oil, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, green onion and ginger to the pork filling and stir in one direction.

Wash the winter melon

Winter melon peeled and fleshed

Cut the winter melon into appropriate widths, and then cut into even blades

Stuffed meat stuffing into winter melon

Stuffed winter melon is steamed in a steamer

Pour the soup of steamed winter melon into the pot and add light soy sauce

Add sugar

Add salt, pour water and starch into the sauce
