Subverted Taiwanese Braised Pork——homemade Braised Pork in One Pot

Wash garlic and ginger and mince, dry sea rice soaked in hair, rinse and mince for later use.

Heat the oil in the wok and slowly fry the small shallots over a low fire to prepare the crispy shallots.

Tips:
1 Don't collect the soup too dry when collecting the soup.
2 There is no small shallots that can be replaced by onions.
