Super Pigeon Soup

Prepare a pot, rice cooker, Cantonese clay pot, or the cast iron pot I use.

Wash the pigeons, blanch them in a pot under cold water and remove them.
Wash and slice the lean meat, also blanch it in a pan under cold water.

Rinse all the medicinal materials quickly with water, cut the red dates in half and remove the pits, and cut the ginger into slices.
Pigeon➕lean meat➕medicine, all put into the pot.
4.
Add water to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to low heat for an hour and a half.
(If it is an electric rice cooker, just cover it and press the cooking button or the stewing button.)
5.
Turn off the heat, add salt to taste and stir well, then you can start drinking~
