I happened to see the foolproof formula of sweet and sour sauce. I went home on a whim and started to learn it immediately. I didn't expect to make sweet and sour pork tenderloin for the first time. The taste was better, but I always felt a little worse. I guess it has nothing to do with tomato sauce. Work hard next time!

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Wash pork tenderloin and cut into pinky-thick strips

2. Season the cut tenderloin with salt and pepper

3. Add 1 egg white and mix well, marinate for about 15 minutes

4. Add cornstarch to the marinated tenderloin, so that each tenderloin is covered with cornstarch. There may be too much egg white. After adding cornstarch several times, it is still very thin and not dry enough. Next time, put a little egg white. will be better

5. Adjust the sweet and sour sauce according to the ratio of 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 4 teaspoons of white vinegar, and 5 teaspoons of water.

6. Heat oil in a pan, pour the tenderloin and fry until golden

7. Take the fried tenderloin out of the pan for a minute to slowly set it in shape

8. Pour the deep-fried tenderloin into the oil pan again, and take it out of the pan when all golden

9. Pour the sweet and sour sauce adjusted in step 5 into the pot and cook. There is no tomato sauce at home, so you can only add some chopped tomatoes to taste

10. The sweet and sour sauce will boil for a while and add some starch water to thicken it

11. Boil the sweet and sour sauce until it is thick, then pour in the fried tenderloin, stir-fry evenly, and then get out of the pan

Tips:

After the tenderloin is fried, the texture will be more crispy.
