Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut the pork tenderloin into strips and marinate for half an hour in the marinade

Prepare the batter

Mix all the seasonings in the juice, mix well and set aside

Dip the marinated tenderloin in the batter and fry it (the consistency of the batter is shown in the figure)

Fry until golden and remove
