Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
1.
Boil the ribs and rinse them in an electric hot pot and cook for 30 minutes;
2.
Remove the ribs, use half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of thirteen-flavored marinated ribs;
3.
The pickled ribs are washed and dried to control the moisture (can also be wiped with professional kitchen paper);
4.
Pour a little oil in the pan, add the ribs and fry them until golden on both sides, then serve;
5.
Leave a little oil in the pan, pat the garlic paste until fragrant, add a bowl of pork rib soup and the sweet and sour sauce (half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon and a half of vinegar, and three tablespoons of sugar). Reduce the heat for more than ten minutes;
6.
When the juice is about to be collected, pour in the remaining half a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, add half a teaspoon of chicken essence, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
