Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

Prepare ingredients: soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 4 hours.

Main ingredients: chicken powder, concentrated chicken juice, and umami juice.

Wash the pork belly with warm water, cut into cubes, and cut the mushrooms and red onion into cubes.

Make a pot and add oil, heat and pour in the diced shallots.

Pour the diced meat after sautéing.

Pour the diced shiitake mushrooms.

Pour in rice wine and stir well.

Pour in the braised soy sauce.
9.
Pour the umami juice.

Pour in the concentrated chicken juice.

Add chicken powder, five-spice powder, white pepper, and salt.

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, preferably minced meat. Put rock candy.

After boiling, skim off the foam. (The second step can be omitted if there is less foam)

Simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
15.
Put the stewed pork and blanched vegetables on the steamed rice.
16.
Serve with half a marinated egg.
Tips:
The marinated meat is soaked in the marinade for 3 hours after turning off the heat to get a better taste.
