Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

Soak the mushrooms

Mince ginger and set aside

Mince garlic and set aside

Onion diced and set aside

Cut pork belly into pieces for later use

Put the chopped green onion and garlic into the pot, fry the aroma, then add the onion, stir fry for the aroma, then remove it, leaving vegetable oil in the pot

Put the cut pork belly in the previous vegetable oil and stir-fry

After frying the lard, add rock sugar

Then add 2 pieces of bay leaves, 2 aniseed, and fry until the pork belly changes color

Add chili powder and five-spice powder to taste

Then put in the onions that have just been fried

Add the chopped shiitake mushrooms

Pour in rice wine, cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt in turn
