Salted chicken is a famous snack in Taiwan, which is deep-fried at high temperature. Deep-fried food is fragrant, especially meat. The chicken breast is slightly marinated, and it will make you appetite when it is fried. It is even more enjoyable when you eat it.

Taiwanese Salted Chicken

1. Broccoli breaks into small flowers, wash and blanch in water

2. After blanching, take it out and put it in cold boiling water to cool too much

3. Wash the chicken breast

4. Cut the chicken into evenly sized pieces

5. Add salt and stir well

6. Add salt and pepper powder and stir well

7. Add five-spice powder and mix well

8. Add soy sauce, sugar, green onion and ginger, stir well and marinate for 1 hour

9. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, and the marinated chicken pieces are evenly coated with frying powder, and then put in the oil pot to fry

10. After the chicken pieces are fried until golden brown, remove them and let them cool slightly. The oil pan heats up. After the chicken pieces are fried in the pan, remove the oil.

11. Put it on a plate with broccoli and enjoy

Tips:

Add a little oil and salt to the pot when the broccoli is blanched. Light oil brine can reduce the nutrient loss of broccoli, and it can also make broccoli beautiful in color.
