Taiwanese Salted Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add a teaspoon each of rice wine, five-spice powder, salt and pepper, pepper, salt, and sugar, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add sweet potato starch to the marinated chicken and mix well.

Put the oil on the bottom of the pot, add the chicken nuggets when the oil is 60% of the temperature, remove when there are small bubbles around the chicken, then pour the chicken into the pot again and re-fry.

The chicken is deep-fried until golden brown and garlic cloves are ready to be put out of the pan. If possible, you can also add basil leaves and stir fragrant before being out of the pan.

Finally, sprinkle salt and pepper and chili 1:1 on the chicken pieces to start.
