Taro Cake
1.
Peel the taro. After washing it, cut into thick slices, then cut into thick strips, and then cut into small particles. The taro particles are slightly smaller and steamed to make them more delicious. Add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste! (It is better to marinate for 10-20 minutes for more delicious taste).
2.
Dice the pork, add it to the diced taro, pour in the sweet potato flour, and stir a little with chopsticks.
3.
If the sweet potato flour is hard, you can cover it and leave it for about 10 minutes. The sweet potato flour particles will become softer after they absorb water.
4.
After the sweet potato flour is completely soft, knead it directly into the dough by hand. You don't have to knead hard, just make a ball.
5.
Grab a small dough ball with your hand and place it on a greased plate after rubbing a long strip in the palm of your hand.
6.
Put the plate in the steamer, boil the water on a high fire and steam for 10 minutes to get out of the pot. Eat it while it is hot. The Q is soft and delicious, which is the favorite of children.
Tips:
The amount of various ingredients is adjusted according to your own preferences. If you like Q, you can put more sweet potato flour, and more fragrant taro will make the texture softer. The sweet potato flour particles are relatively hard, and will become soft after absorbing moisture. Grab it with your hands and mix it evenly. If it can't form a mass, you can add a little water to help shape it.
