Taro Cake

Cut the taro into shreds, cut the onion into diced pieces, finely chop and set aside

Heat up the oil pan, fry the minced ginger and onion until fragrant, then add the dried shrimp and stir fry together to create a fragrant aroma.

Add taro shreds and stir well, add salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, five-spice powder to taste, stir well and serve.

Brush the rectangular lunch box with a thin layer of oil

Mix the sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour through a sieve, mix them with the fried taro shreds, add water, mix well, and pour into the container

Cover the container with plastic wrap, place it in a steamer, and steam on medium heat for 25 minutes until cooked through
