Tempeh Bitter Gourd

Remove the seeds and wash the bitter gourd, cut it into small dices with a size of 1 cm for later use.

Put the chopped bitter gourd into a pot of boiling water, blanch it for a while, then take a shower and set aside.

Peel the garlic and chop into small pieces, prepare some tempeh.

Put the oil in the wok and heat it up, add garlic and tempeh on a low heat, and fry it until it is fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Put the diced bitter gourd in the shower into a large bowl.

Add a small amount of salt.

Tips:
1. The tempeh is heavy in salt. You have to taste this dish before deciding on the amount of salt.
2. Those who like chili can add some chili and stir-fry with tempeh.
