Tempeh Spare Ribs

Wash the ribs, add salt, light soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, sugar, cornstarch, green onion, ginger, garlic powder, tempeh, and finally add salad oil to marinate for 30 minutes.

Put the marinated ribs into a plate (skim off the marinated water), add green onion segments, and steam for 40 minutes.
