Teppanyaki Pork

Wash the pork and cut into strips, then marinate for 2 hours with appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and raw oil.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat up, add the pork strips and fry them until golden on both sides, add rock sugar and the sauce used to marinate the pork.

Cut the meat strips into thin slices after the meat is cooked.
