Thai Style Raw Pickled Crab

Wash the crabs.

Remove the cheeks and clean up.

Pat the crab legs.

Then chop the appropriate size into the container and add the minced garlic.

Add millet spicy.
6.
Add minced coriander.
7.
Fish sauce, sesame oil, light soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and mix well.

It tastes better if stored in the refrigerator for more than an hour or overnight.
