It has been a while since Liqiu, but the power of Qiuhuo has not diminished at all. At this time, some refreshing and non-greasy appetizers will always be popular. In addition to the commonly eaten spicy cucumbers and pickled side dishes, recently, this kind of mixed-flavored chicken feet is also my family's favorite. It is crisp and refreshing, and it is full of chewy. Whether it is a wine before a meal or a tooth grinding after a meal, it is very pleasant.

Thai Sweet and Spicy Chicken Feet

1. Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, chop them apart from the middle, and wash them for later use. Put the processed chicken feet into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices and cooking wine and cook until the foam is formed, then remove and wash.

2. Take another pot of boiling water, put the chicken feet that have been washed off, cook for 10 to 15 minutes to the degree of cookedness you like, remove them, quickly rinse with cold water, and then soak in pure water with ice and salt

3. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt to the seasoning bowl, cut the lime in half, squeeze the lime juice into the seasoning bowl, and add the crushed garlic

4. Add three tablespoons of Thai sweet chili sauce, mix well, remove the coriander leaves, wash and chop together with basil and chili

5. Add to the seasoning bowl, squeeze the juiced lime into small pieces, mix well with the seasoning, and serve as a Thai sweet and spicy seasoning

6. Soak the chicken feet, drain the water, and put it in a food preservation bag

7. Add the well-tuned Thai sweet and spicy sauce, mix well, fasten tightly, put in the refrigerator and marinate for about 4 hours.
