Thousands of Carrot Fried

Half of the carrot, one thousand sheets.

Thousand sheets of shreds.
3.
Rub the carrots with melon.

Heat an appropriate amount in a pot, and stir-fry the dried red pepper, pepper and garlic slices until fragrant.

Carrots and a thousand sheets are put in.
6.
In a small half bowl of boiling water, stir fry the carrots with appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
7.
Season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, stir well and turn off the heat to serve.
