The three-cup chicken, a classic dish we often eat, is an indispensable seasoning. The best ratio of the “three cups” of seasoning is actually the 1:1:1 ratio of rice wine, soy sauce and oil. In order to be more authentic, I also searched the vegetable market to find authentic Taiwanese rice wine (if not Can be replaced by ordinary rice wine). Actually I am not a Virgo, but I want to pursue perfection. Pluck off the green leaves of the nine-story pagoda, enjoy the joy of harvest, and reward yourself with the fresh and tender "three cups of chicken wings" on the plate. The chicken wings are fresh and sweet, and the nine-story pagoda is full of enthusiasm. "

Three Cups of Chicken Wings

1. Prepare the raw materials.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic and ginger slices and stir fry.

3. Stir fry until it is fragrant, add chicken wings and stir fry.

4. Stir fry until the surface turns slightly yellow, pour in the light soy sauce.

5. Pour in Guangdong rice wine.

6. After it is boiled on high heat, cover with a cover and turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.

7. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly, and then heat up the juice.

8. Add nine layers of pagoda leaves to the pan before cooking. Stir evenly and then turn off the heat.

9. Serve it.

Tips:

1. Jiucheng Tower is the necessary spice for three cups of chicken.
2. Three cups refers to one cup each of flax oil, Guangdong rice wine and light soy sauce. Without Taiwan flax oil, ordinary oil is used instead, but the amount of oil is halved for health.
3. Many dishes can learn from this practice.
