Here, we must eat dumplings for New Year's Eve dinner, and we must make dumplings with three fresh stuffing. In the past, when making three fresh stuffing, whether it was paired with leeks or Chinese cabbage, it was always a combination of pork, shrimp, and eggs. This time the three fresh leek fillings were fine-tuned to the old three, the shrimps were replaced with sea cucumbers, and the other two ingredients were kept. This dumpling with sea cucumber, pork and egg stuffing is not only as delicious as ever.
