When the soup is ready, add cooked lobster, potatoes, winter melon and cook for about 3-5 minutes

When the potatoes and winter melon are cooked, add the clams, tofu in oil, and the clams are easy to cook. When it is opened, turn off the heat. If the clams are cooked for too long, the clams will shrink.

After turning off the heat, add coriander and sprinkle some sesame seeds. (At this time, if you like a heavy taste, you can start a different pot, add oil and chili noodles, and heat the fennel and pour it on the coriander)

PS: 1. The crayfish must be removed from the tail of the intestines. After removing the intestines, wash it clean. Use scissors to cut the head by half to make it easier to taste. Then, it must be boiled to remove the pollution.
