This dish is inspired by the traditional stir-fried mixed vegetables, haha~ it probably lacks leeks, and it is not authentic enough to call it stir-fried mixed vegetables, so I gave it a new name-three kinds of fried pork with vinegar! As for which three are, you can know the content by looking at the picture."

Three Kinds of Fried Pork with Vinegar

1. Pick and wash celery and mung bean sprouts, cut them into sections, and squeeze them over water. The wide vermicelli is cooked ahead of time (about 5 minutes).

2. Shred pork and wrap in starch. Chop green onion, ginger, garlic and hot pepper.

3. Pour a little oil into the wok, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper to fragrant.

4. Add shredded pork, pour light soy sauce, cooking wine, and stir fry.

5. Pour in bean sprouts and stir fry.

6. Add celery and stir fry.

7. Pour the cooked noodles into the pot and stir fry together for a while.

8. Just add some vinegar, salt and chicken essence to taste just before it is out of the pot.

9. Sour and spicy~ Three kinds of crispy and delicious shredded pork fried. Try it.

Tips:

Reminder: Add vinegar later to keep the color of the dishes better!
