Three Kinds of Fried Pork with Vinegar

Pick and wash celery and mung bean sprouts, cut them into sections, and squeeze them over water. The wide vermicelli is cooked ahead of time (about 5 minutes).

Shred pork and wrap in starch. Chop green onion, ginger, garlic and hot pepper.
