Three Silk Salad

Prepare all the ingredients: white radish, one carrot and one lettuce

Peel and shred the white Luopu and lettuce first. These two dishes can be eaten raw and served on the plate first.

Shred carrots and blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain the water and set aside

Cut the shallots, finely chop the ginger and set aside

Take an empty bowl and mix all the seasonings. I used more blended oil and sesame oil in this one. So it looks very clear

Then put the shredded carrots on a plate, drizzle with the seasoning and sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it will be delicious and very fragrant and crisp.
