Tiger Skin and Chicken Claws
1.
Chicken feet, cut in half, blanch.
2.
After blanching the chicken feet, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mix for coloring. Let it cool and let it dry.
3.
Dry the chicken feet, put them in a frying pan and fry them. Be sure to cover the pot, otherwise the oil will collapse. Soak the fried chicken feet in cold water, preferably ice water. I forgot to take photos here😬
4.
Seasoning, appropriate amount of sugar, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, dried chili shreds, garlic slices, water, ginger slices, put in a pot and simmer for 5-15 minutes, remove the soup, and it’s ready 😊 Cook it in advance, just simmer it together😊
5.
The finished picture, salty, sweet and slightly spicy, is just right to accompany a meal and wine😊
Tips:
1. Fried chicken feet, be sure to cover the pot, this is for safety 😀
2. The blanched chicken feet can be colored with light soy sauce, which is more convenient.
3. Fried chicken feet in cold or ice water, the time should be at least 1-2 hours.
4. I am half-fried and half-fried chicken feet, so there are some places that are not fried, and it will not affect it, but you must also cover the pan, it is really crumbling 😅
